A-Layne Beauty exists to “enhance the beauty that begins within.” Through luxury makeup artistry, and the warmth of founder Amber-Layne, A-Layne Beauty helps women feel confident, radiant, and seen by enhancing—not masking—the features that already make them beautiful. Every appointment is designed to be a peaceful, professional, and elevated experience where clients can relax, feel cared for, and leave looking like the most polished version of themselves.
CANCELLATION POLICY
• ALL deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. • Cancellations made 48 hours or more in advance will forfeit the deposit, but no additional fees will be charged. • No-shows or same-day cancellations will be charged 100% of the service total and may be required to pay in full before booking future services. • Appointment time adjustments or reschedules of more than 30 minutes must be requested at least 48 hours in advance. If availability permits, adjustments may be accommodated at no additional cost. • Changes to appointment times made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will incur a $25 rescheduling fee, which will be added to the remaining balance. A-LAYNE BEAUTY POLICIES & BOOKING TERMS ————————————————————— Please review the following policies carefully before booking. ✨ BOOKINGS & DEPOSITS 💵 A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit has been received. CLIENT PREPARATION 🧼 Client must arrive to appointment with a clean, makeup-free face. CLIENT COOPERATION POLICY 🤝 To ensure the best results and keep appointments on schedule, clients are asked to remain seated and limit movement during their service. Excessive movement, phone use, eating, or talking may interfere with the makeup application and extend appointment times. Thank you for your cooperation in creating a smooth, efficient, and beautiful experience. ✨ ADDITIONAL GUESTS 🛋️ Due to limited space and to maintain a peaceful environment, ONLY scheduled clients are permitted unless otherwise approved in advance. GRACE PERIOD & LATE FEES ⏰ Clients are given a 10-minute grace period to be seated in my chair. It is recommended to come early and stay parked in the parking lot to ensure that you are on time. After 10 minutes: • A $15 late fee will be added to your remaining balance. • Your appointment may need to be shortened • If you are more than 20 minutes late without communication, your appointment will be considered cancelled. COMMUNICATION EXPECTATIONS & STUDIO CONDUCT 💬 If an emergency or delay occurs, clients are expected to communicate as soon as possible. Clients are also expected to remain respectful of the studio space and maintain appropriate behavior during their appointment. Any damage caused to studio equipment, furniture, or property by the client or any accompanying guest will be the financial responsibility of the booked client. HEALTH & SAFETY POLICY ❤️🩹 Clients agree to disclose all known allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions prior to receiving service. A-Layne Beauty is not liable for any allergic reactions, skin conditions, or complications resulting from undisclosed or incomplete information provided by the client. All services are performed at the client’s own risk. A-LAYNE BEAUTY CONTENT USE POLICY 📸 A-Layne Beauty reserves the right to photograph and/or record services for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes. Clients who prefer not to be photographed or recorded must notify the artist in writing prior to their appointment. NO-SHOW POLICY ❌ Clients who fail to attend their scheduled appointment without prior notice will be charged 100% of the service total. A-Layne Beauty reserves the right to refuse future bookings or require full prepayment for any future services. PAYMENTS 💵 • STANDARD APPOINTMENTS: Remaining balances are due immediately upon completion of services. • BRIDAL: Remaining balances are due at least 48-hrs prior to your scheduled appointment makeup. SERVICE SATISFACTION POLICY 💋 • Your satisfaction is important. Any adjustments or concerns must be communicated during your appointment so they can be addressed in real time. • Once the client leaves the chair, the service is considered complete and no further edits or re-dos will be provided. A-LAYNE BEAUTY POLICY AGREEMENT ✍️ All policies are strictly enforced to protect both the client and service provider and to ensure a seamless, professional experience for all services moving forward.
